MIDDLESEX FA COURSE INFORMATION

Middlesex FA (Coach Development Offer) – Engaging with Parents & Players.

Join Simon East (FA Affiliate Tutor) for a two hour session in Engaging with Parents & Players and the importance of The FA’s Respect Programme. The event will be a mixture of theory & practical where coaches will see how they can create a positive environment and deliver a clear and consistent message to parents & players throughout their coaching journey focusing on the Roles of Others via the following:

  • How do we encourage positive parent/carer engagement?
  • Sharing your philosophy and expectations.
  • How might coaches make use of additional coaching support?
  • Preparing for match day and training.
  • What can we learn from others within our community network?
