Overview
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coach players between the age of U6-U11, at our training base on a Tuesday evening whilst assisting the junior academy sessions (Ages 4-12) and fixtures on Saturday mornings.
To work closely with the other lead coaches to continue monitoring of players and use this to support squad selections.
To support players with constructive feedback on their performance.
To continuously aim to improve all players and yourself as a coach.
Requirements:
-FA Level 2 qualified or working towards
-Previous coaching experience working with young children.
-Knowledge of the FA four corner model
-Valid in date DBS
-Safeguarding Certificate
-First Aid at work
