Overview
We have recently set up a Girls' only provision at the club. We have a small team of coaches but as the session grows, along with the wider girls programme, we're looking for more support. We run sessions at the Matchday Centre in Walthamstow, E17.
- Flexible working hours (Minimum 2 hours per week)
- Paid (£15 - £20 per hour depending on qualifications and responsibilities)
- Training and development opportunities
- Ownership of part of the programme as we grow
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and running 1 hour Wildcat sessions for 5-11yrs
- Opportunity to take a team for the 2023/34 if desired
- Opportunity to drive the new Squad Girls set up
Desired Requirements
- Have experience with Girls only sessions in the foundation stage (5-11yrs)
- Level 1 or Introduction to Coaching Football qualified (CRB, Safeguarding and any first-aid qualification)
- Reliable, organised and open to further learning and development
