Overview

Proactive pre-session planning of each Little Kickers activity session attended
Punctual, accurate and safe delivery of the football activity coaching content in the Little Kickers programme during the session
Monitoring and maintenance of a safe environment at all times during the session
Reporting to and coordination with your employer to ensure the maintenance of high quality Little Kickers sessions at all times

Key Responsibilities

Timely arrival at Little Kickers venues prior to session conduct (including prompt arrival at venue at least 15 minutes prior to the first session)
Assisting the Lead coach with the set-up of the Little Kickers equipment
Maintenance of a physically healthy and safe environment for Little Kickers sessions at all times, including conducting pre-session safety checks by completing the Daily Session Admin form, accurately recording session registers and strict adherence to Health and Safety guidelines throughout the sessions
Actively assisting the lead coach with the full conduct of all sessions in the days programme, with an emphasis on timekeeping, monitoring of the safety of the children and the physical environment, and successfully and caring motivation of the children to participate fully
Help with the promotion, marketing and sales of the Little Kickers programmes where requested by your employer
General tidy up of the venue after the days programme is completed
Timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer
