Overview
Bosco FC is a Charter Standard Youth club, looking for coaches and managers to join our growing club. The club prides itself on a holistic approach to coaching to enable all players/ coaches to develop, both on and off the pitch.
All coaches will be supported and encouraged to continue their coaching education to aid their understanding and knowledge of the game. Coaches without any coaching experience or qualifications will still be considered as we believe in giving equal opportunities to all and offering the tools needed to succeed.
Funding available to support in coaches education
Initially this is a voluntary role but paid roles are available to the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and delivering sessions to young people between 2-12 years of age
Being able to communicate effectively with other coaches, players and parents
Willingness to continue to develop as a coach
Passionate about the game and developing others
Desired Requirements
At least a level one qualification in coaching football and youth models
All coaches will need to pass Advanced CRB checks
Reliable and professional ensuring certain standards are adhered to
Able to create and deliver FUN and INCLUSIVE sessions with measurable learning outcomes
