You don’t have to be fully qualified just need the various characteristics described and we will guide you on your way to be a successful coach. All checks will be done before you can start
This role is designed for someone who has had experience in coaching as an assistant but now wants to lead a team or someone who has lead a team and is looking to gain more experience working in a different side of the game whether it is transitioning from Adults to children or working with the Foundation age more.
PLEASE NOTE IN ORDER TO BE ELLIGIBLE FOR ANY OF OUR TEAMS YOU MUST HAVE A LEVEL 1 FOOTBALL QUALIFICATION. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE OFFERED A TEAM HEAD COACH ROLE. ALSO, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO A TRAIL SESSION AS PART OF YOUR INTERVIEW PROCESS.

· Year experience in working in a football environment or a primary school environment.
· Ability to man manage different personalities and demands of children and parents.
· Adaptable to sudden changes of sessions
