Colfe’s Leisure Centre is based on the grounds of Colfe’s Independent private school, accommodating a heated indoor swimming pool, free weight gym, cardio gym, exercise classes, pitch/room hire and children’s parties
We are looking for an energetic and fun FA level 2 qualified football coach to join our team at Colfe’s Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for leading coaching sessions for 4-8- and 8–12-year-olds, providing structure and organisation, alongside fun and exciting memories. You will love working with children and have an outgoing and bubbly personality.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring parents and children are welcomed, offering an introduction and information about the coaching sessions.
Ensure structured, yet fun and exciting coaching throughout every session.
Ensure coaching sessions are safe, with child welfare it the forefront of the sessions.
Making sure that we have sufficient equipment, which is in good working order and meets our safety standards.
Contributing towards new and exciting ideas, such as player of the month, and tournaments.
Alongside the management team, helping with marketing and outreach ideas.
Desired Requirements
FA Level 2 Coaching qualification.
Enhanced DBS.
