Overview
· SSLEFC are currently looking for a female coach to help assist the coaching team on Saturday mornings. The successful candidate will hold an FA Level 1 Coaching qualification as a minimum and have a valid FA CRC, emergency first aid training and hold an updated Safeguarding Children’s Workshop certificate.
· The club want to encourage more girls to take part in football, therefore we are looking for a candidate that will help us build girls teams and develop their interest in the game
· We have training every Saturday morning from 10am to 12pm at a local school in Chadwell Heath
Key Responsibilities
· The successful candidate will have a keen interest in developing young players of all different abilities
· Enjoy working with children between 6 to 12 years old
· Plan and deliver training sessions alongside the other coaches at the club
· Be confident to work independently and part of a wider team
· Deliver training sessions that are fun and engaging with an emphasis on improving technical ability and game understanding
Desired Requirements
· Good communication skills
· Minimum level 1 coaching qualification
· To hold a valid FA CRC, Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children Workshop certificate
· Previous experience coaching at the Foundation Stage
