Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and committed youth football coach to support the development of young players within a positive and structured environment. The role involves planning and delivering engaging training sessions that focus on improving technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall confidence, while ensuring sessions are inclusive and enjoyable for all abilities. You will be responsible for managing match days, organising teams, and providing constructive feedback to support player growth. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment is essential, including adhering to safeguarding standards and promoting respect, teamwork, and discipline. The role also includes effective communication with parents, players, and club staff, as well as a willingness to continue developing as a coach through ongoing learning and experience.
