Overview
Ickenham Youth FC are looking for coaching support for the current U15 team (U16’s 2022/23 season).
The team play in the Wycombe and South Bucks league with home games played in the Uxbridge area.
The team have a management structure in place already, which includes administration allowing the coach to concentrate on delivering high quality coaching for the team.
The team have access to two club veo cameras to help coaches analyse sessions/games to improve the coaching output.
Desired Requirements
The role is voluntary and can be tailored depending upon coach experience. Previous football coaching experience would be beneficial but the club has a good coach support network for those looking to start their coaching journey. More important is an enthusiastic and infectious attitude, that align with our club values. The club will meet costs of coaching courses for qualification subject to minimum periods of coaching but it is hoped that anyone joining the club will wish to be involved for a considerable time.
We would expect the coach to follow our football philosophy and coaches guide when delivering sessions.
