Overview
Cuffley FC are looking for a new coaching/ management team for our senior reserve team, playing in the Herts Senior County League Division 2.
Our young team consists of a large number of players who have come through the youth teams at Cuffley FC, and each season the graduating U18s are welcomed to senior pre-season training to continue that process.
The reserves' coaching team will be working closely with the 1st team management to ensure that players across both teams have the opportunity to develop.
Our first team coaches are UEFA B qualified and work full-time in football. While this is a voluntary role (as is the 1st team), we are trying to provide as professional an environment as possible for our players. Applicants would also have the opportunity to work and develop alongside experienced coaches/ coach educators.

Key Responsibilities
- Training once a week (currently Tuesday evenings) and matches Saturday afternoons.
- Pre-season training twice/ week (Tuesday/ Saturday).
Desired Requirements
We welcome applications from any qualified football coaches looking to gain further experience in senior football, although level 2/ working towards UEFA B would be desirable.
All applicants must have a valid, up to date CRB check.
