Job Title: Lead Coach
Salary: £10 - £17 per hour dependant on qualifications & experience
Hours: 4 hours 08:30 – 12:30
Day: We have positions available on both Saturday and Sunday morning
Location: Bristol ( You will be based at one of our Bristol venues but will be required to cover at other locations in Bristol when required)
Little Kickers Bristol are looking for a lead coach! You need boundless enthusiasm & energy plus a winning personality to effectively coach football to our children aged 1.5 years – 8 years old. If you are confident, patient and out-going, 100% reliable and have a genuine desire to offer young children a positive introduction to sport then we would love to hear from you!
What Little Kickers Offer:
The successful candidate will be fully trained by Little Kickers via online training, coach shadowing and practical coaching assessments. Little Kickers coaches are contracted to work at the same venue every week which gives you the opportunity to build rapport with both children and parents. Coaches are also entitled to holiday pay and have the opportunity to progress within the company. We also offer overtime hours subject to availability on a variety of days.
Work commitment:
Every Saturday or Sunday morning dependant on your chosen day (4 hours) 08:30 - 12:30
Lead Coach Minimum Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Be physically fit for this role, which involves leading football-based physical activity classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years
Experience working with young children
Previous sports coach or have sports coaching experience
A valid driving license and have access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential if you can use reliable public transport links
