Overview
We run football classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years old
Working hours: Our term-time sessions are weekdays 10am-12noon & 4-6pm and weekends from 9.30am-1.00pm (not expected to work all session times). We also run school holiday camps from 10am-3pm. Potential for additional weekday daytime hours (going into schools/nurseries)
Working location: At the moment, we’re just based in Hackney (Stoke Newington & Hackney Downs)
Pay: £12.50 to £17.50 per hour depending on experience and whether you are the assistant coach or the lead coach
Start date: Straight away
Are you the right person for Little Strikers? We are looking for people who love working with children and have a real passion for helping them develop in a fun environment. A love of football is also a must. Experience is preferred, but it is not essential. In terms of this niche area of coaching very young children, we find the best coaches are the ones who enjoy working with this age group!
Essential Requirements:
• DBS check
• FA Level 1 (or willing to work towards if you’re an assistant coach)
• Up to date first aid and safeguarding certificates (or willing to work towards if you’re an assistant coach)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Can commit to the same sessions every week
Desirable Requirements:
• FA Level 2
