Overview
Total ballers Is a Charter Standard Club, looking for a reliable, communicative and positive football coaches, enthusiastic about helping children and young people enjoy their football, learn the game and develop their confidence, skill and fitness.
Ensure the welfare of players, coaches and volunteers at all time
• Plan and deliver weekly training sessions, including setting up and putting away equipment
• Manage/Lead the team/squad on match days
• Share the responsibility of completing matching day admin
• Devise, feedback and assess player targets
• Contribute to player/parent reviews
• Record, reflect and evaluate on the team and player performance and development as well as your own
• Develop your coaching and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
You will need to be qualified/completed the FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football or above
• You must be available during the week for a training session AND Saturdays, morning or afternoon kick offs in SE/SW London
• You will need/ have to complete an enhanced DBS check (we can help you with this process)
• You are required to hold valid Emergency Aid and Safeguarding certificates( we can help you with this process)
Desirable:
• Experience of working or volunteering regularly with children of the same or similar age(U6-U11)
• Experience of delivering other sports/activities
• Experience of or qualifications in other areas of sports science

• The role pays £8-£20.00 per session
• You are required to complete your role in line with the club ethos, values and way of working
• You coaching approach should be suitable for foundation phase(U6-U11) players
• You can expect to liaise with other club staff and officials as required
• You will be provided with a mentor if required and develop your skills and experience in a supported environment
• The club will provide equipment
• You will have the option to deliver for other paid sessions including half term /school holiday activities, development centre coaching and session/project delivery
• You will have the opportunity to complete further coaching qualifications, modules, CPD and additional courses
