About the Club
Rocks Lane Multi Sports centres is home to London’s leading junior 5-a-side Netball and Football league, Friday Night 5s, with over 500 teams across our centres.
As well as our popular Fridays, we provide coaching during the week for anyone wishing to learn as well camps during the school holidays.
We provide a great platform for kids to play sport with their friends and develop their skills
For the not so Junior, we run adult Leagues for Netball, Football and Padel
The key to our success is having great coaches and umpires to help create a great experience for everyone
