About the Club
Foxes FC is one of London’s premier award-winning youth football clubs.
The club was founded in 2009 initially due to a demand for football training at an advanced and competitive level from the young players at The Little Foxes Club, which subsequently expanded to take aspiring players across London.
Over the years, we have grown considerably and now run a number of league teams, ranging from U6 to U15 age groups, which compete in the Middlesex Youth League, Harrow Youth League, and Camden & Regent’s Park Youth League. We have won a number of leagues and cup competitions across multiple age groups, but we are first and foremost committed to the development of our players whatever their level.
Every summer, our teams compete in the Gothia Cup in Sweden, also known as the World Youth Cup, which is the largest international youth football tournament with over 1,500 teams participating.
In addition to league teams, we also run a successful Development Squad programme which prepares players for competitive team matches; over 60% have progressed to our league teams in the past five years. We adopt an integrated development approach to give our players the best opportunity to reach their potential, both as a sports person, as well as an individual.
We have also created a Girls Development Squad to enable advanced football training equal opportunities. Since its inception, participation levels have increased significantly.
Recently, we have introduced our Foxes Fives Development League which takes place on Friday evenings. Players of all abilities have the opportunity to play in fun small-sided games and practise their skills in a safe and pressure-free environment. We are passionate about expanding opportunities for everyone to play football from a grassroots to an advanced and technical level.
We have successfully attained Football Association (FA) Charter Standard Club status, having passed the FA’s stringent criteria and demonstrated high football standards. Foxes FC has also received recognition from the leagues we compete in, having attained their awards for excellence in governance and management of our teams, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Our success is attributed to our mindset and culture of excellence in all areas of our operations. Our Latin motto for Foxes FC is ‘Excellentia Vincit’ to remind our young players that success begins with vision to apply oneself to the highest standards possible to reach one’s goal.
