Catford Wildcats
About the Club
Catford Wildcats is a new Football Club and Football School for 5-10 year olds. We’re currently in the process of setting up further teams and classes for reception, year 1 and 2. (5-8 year olds).
We currently have 30 young players training with us and this is expected to grow to 40 in the coming months
We’re currently looking for coaches that have experience training boys and girls aged 5 to 8. The clubs ethos is using fun and games in the training sessions to get the children ready for playing as part of a team at a very early age.
We have formed 2 teams so far and have played a number of friendlies against other local clubs in 2023 and early 2024. Our aim is to join a league – hopefully Selkent – in Sept 2024 and grow the club from there.
The current other coach is Marco who is an FA Level 1 coach (Currently getting his UEFA C Licence ) but we’re looking for a coach with, at least, Uefa Level C Licence to add experience to the team and help build our the rest of the coaching staff.
Marco is also Chairman of the club which is in the process of being affiliated with London FA and AFA.
