About the Club
Barnet Panthers was founded in 2022 to provide a safe, supportive, fun and nurturing environment for girls to play and enjoy football, and to enable their development both on and off the pitch. We are an inclusive club with a strong focus on embracing and supporting the community, with involvement of volunteers and parents key to our success
We’ve worked hard to reduce the barriers to young girls playing football and currently offer over 50 girls regular football each week – with four teams playing in leagues across Hertfordshire and London as well as a development session offering girls new into football the opportunity to participate with no pressure
In addition we offer a wellbeing, mentoring and personal development programme and gives all players the opportunity to further develop skills in resilience, confidence and independence including setting up a series of events inviting inspirational female speakers to participate in workshops with the girls
