Physical Education Teacher – Full-Time (6:45am–5:30pm)Overview
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and highly dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys supporting children’s physical, social, and emotional development throughout the entire school day.
You will lead PE lessons, support behaviour management, run lunchtime activities, and take responsibility for delivering a high-quality wrap-around club in the afternoon. Lesson plans will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Deliver dynamic, engaging, and inclusive PE lessons across different year groups
Provide a safe and motivating learning environment with strong behaviour management
Lead Breakfast Club and Daily Mile activities to promote a healthy start to the day
Support lunchtime active play and ensure safe behaviour during outdoor activities
Run high-quality Wrap-Around Club sessions including structured games, creative activities, and supervised play
Ensure smooth transitions, safe dismissals, and positive routines throughout the day
Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive guidance
Maintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, equipment use, etc.)
Work collaboratively with senior leadership, teachers, and support staff
Communicate with parents when required regarding behaviour or participation
Uphold safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements
Enhanced DBS required
Proven experience teaching Physical Education or sports coaching in the UK
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire children of all abilities
High level of organisation to manage a full working day schedule
A recognised PE or sports coaching qualification
A genuine passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles
