Desired Requirements

Proven experience managing men’s 11-a-side teams
Strong man-management and coaching skills
Commitment to Wednesday night training sessions and Saturday matchdays
Track record of success in amateur football (trophies, promotions, etc.) – desirable but not essential
Good understanding of the SSEC League format or similar league structures
