Overview
Stevenage Football Club Academy is seeking to appoint highly motivated, talented, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our coaching team at The Lamex Stadium. Currently in League One and operating a Category Three Academy, Stevenage is an ideal club for a passionate and eager coach, who loves the game and takes great pride in the professional development of young players and themselves. Working within the Pathway structure the successful candidates will be able to accelerate their coaching by working with a great variety of players relative to their aspirations, availability and skillset. The Pathway works in close proximity to the Academy, with the two Leads and most of the current coaching team, also working within the Academy structure.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes planning, delivering and reviewing coaching sessions with the players within our Pathway programme. The successful candidates will coach on the evenings they are available, the individual coach will be able to determine availability AT interview. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing reviews for all of the players they work with over the course of the season.
Desired Requirements
Minimum FA Level 1 with experience of working with players across age groups
