Overview

Little Kickers Coaching Operations Manager involves coaching Little Kickers classes to an excellent standard, carrying out quality management across the operational business, and leading the Little Kickers product and coaching team's continuous improvement.

1. To act as a role model Lead Coach at allocated Little Kickers sessions

2. To undertake a range of functions to ensure the maintenance and monitoring of a healthy, productive, and safe environment at all times at all Little Kickers workplaces

3. To report to and coordinate with the employer to ensure the maintenance of the highest possible quality Little Kickers sessions at all times

Key Responsibilities

1.     To pro-actively manage the day to day coaching operations of the business, which may include (this list is not exhaustive)

●       the organization, communication, and detailed daily management of staffing rotas, including planning holiday and emergency cover across all venues

●       interviewing, recruitment, induction, monitoring, and exit processing of employees

●       issuing and checking daily session attendance registers against computer records

●       assisting with the promotion, marketing, and sales of Little Kickers activity sessions

●       dealing with venue managers and managing venue bookings

●       coordinating the update and restocking of session binders with the necessary paperwork and filing completed paperwork accordingly

●       carrying out training and expert coaching demonstrations at sessions with the new and existing coaching staff to ensure that coaching staff understand their roles fully and that coaching morale, motivation, and standards are consistently high

●       dealing positively with day to day coaching and customer issues and reporting/ carrying out scheduled venue visits for quality management where required by your employer

●       escalating issues and problems to your employer in a timely and sensitive manner

●       assisting with office administration and other general business operations where required by your employer and where the business's needs dictate.

Desired Requirements

- FA Level 1 Coaching Badge

- Up to date Nominated Emergency First Aid certificate and Child Protection training  Safeguarding.

- Clean UK driving license and own transport

- 2-3 years Little Kickers Lead Coaching Experience with kids 18 mths - 7 years old (preferred)

- Good administrative and organizational skills

- Experience training other football coaches.

- Experience communicating with members of the general public and young children

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
